I have been servicing my Camry with Conicelli since 2007. Since I began servicing here, I have not used any other service center. Mark Elmore has been my contact at Conicelli Service since 2007-2008. Mark tells me exactly what service is needed to the car and and after the service is done, advises me of any issues found with the car. He is very patient, friendly and takes time to answer my questions and concerns.

I was looking for a very specific car and it was difficult to locate. Gregg was very well informed about the car and all the options that I wanted. He gave me an honest estimate on delivery. He was very friendly during the entire process and gave me periodic updates. In the end, he gave me all the information that I needed to complete the deal quickly. At no time was he 'pushy' about making a sale. He kindly suggested possible alternatives. He even tried to procure for me a temporary vehicle for me when my old car was about to die! I highly recommend him for his knowledge of the vehicles at the dealership, his friendly attitude, and his integrity. My family's overall experience with Conicelli Toyota was phenomenal from start to finish. Paul Smith was our sales guy, and was great to work with. Paul took the time to understand what our needs were, and quickly had us test driving the vehicle we eventually purchased. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable about their inventory. I was impressed with his attention to small stuff, like knowing my name and that of my wife and daughter on subsequent visits.

The Conicelli dealership was low key - no pressure to put us in a car right away. They understood that we had many options to go through and were supportive in allowing us to ask questions and take our time to make an informed decision. Once we made our purchase decision, they were thorough in explaining all the additional coverages that were available to us, such as extended warrantees, service plans and gap insurance.

We previously purchased a Hyundai from Conicelli, and our experience then was just as pleasant. Also, we've had our Hyundai in for service many times, and their service department is excellent as well. I am sure the Toyota service department will be equally outstanding.

If you don't consider using Conicelli dealerships for your next new car purchase, you are shortchanging yourself.

I was looking for a special Sienna that is equipped with an Auto Access Seat for my handicapped mother. I sent an inquiry to Conicelli Toyota because I knew they had a large inventory. Although they did not initially have one of these, Frank Lynch took my name and told me he would try to find one. He came through. A couple of weeks later he called me up and told me they had a new one on the lot. Although I had originally been looking for a used vehicle, Conicelli made me an offer I couldn't refuse. I drove all the way from Asbury Park, NJ to Conshohoken, PA. Frank could not have been nicer, treating me as if I was a family friend. Knowing the price before I made the trip took the stress out of buying the car. Luke in the financing department was also very nice and not pushy. The whole experience was smooth and actually enjoyable. I highly recommend Conicelli Toyota. I only wish I did not live so far away, because I would like to use them for my service.

My 2004 Prius has 196,000 miles on the original battery. Why ? Because it is superbly maintained by Luis Rivera and his team at Conicelli Toyota's service department. For many years I have been the beneficiary of outstanding service at Conicelli. In particular, I somehow manage to get a lot of flat tires, and Luis always makes an accommodation for me, so that the tired is repaired in a half day or so, so I can back on the road. My job depends on my car, and my car depends on Conicelli's service department. Keep up the good work !
