After hearing troublesome noises from my car, I visited 2 separate Toyota dealerships, both of whom quoted me a repair, parts and labor estimate of $800 and up.Upon visiting Conicelli Toyota, I was fortunate to have Steven as my service advisor. He took the time to check if the parts were still under warranty. They were, and would be of no cost to me for replacement. Thanks to his professional level of concern for my experience as a customer (and more importantly, the financial impact on me), I had the services completed for less than $40. Needless to say, I am very appreciative of Steven and the other gentleman I encountered at check in/out (unfortunately his name escapes me).
I bought my car at Conicelli in 2007, and will certainly be back to purchase my next vehicle.
