It’s because Conicelli Toyota of Conshohocken is going solar!
With recent legislation offering greater incentives than ever from the government, the time was right for the Conicelli dealerships in Conshohocken and Springfield to drastically lower their carbon footprint by installing massive solar panel arrays on some of their buildings.
According to Dominic M. Conicelli, president and general manager of Conicelli Autoplex, “it was a no-brainer. The costs got lower and the incentives increased to the point where we knew it was time. It was the right thing to do and the smart thing to do.”
Installation of the panels began in early February, and the array will go online within weeks. At some point in the future, the Showroom is expected to also get a solar installation.
